We’re excited to announce the continued growth of NLC Capital Partners with the addition of three new team members: Kash Kaur, Julia Partridge, and Reshmi Balendran. Each brings a unique set of capabilities that further strengthens our platform and enhances our ability to deliver high-quality solutions to our clients and institutional investors.
Kash Kaur joins Investor Relations and Portfolio Management team as a Vice President, where she focuses on investor engagement and supports the ongoing management of NLC’s investment portfolios. She brings a wealth of experience across private credit and fund finance. Most recently, she was a Vice President at HPS Investment Partners, where she led product development for the GP-LP Solutions Strategy and was integral to its launch. Before that, Kash worked at AIG Investments on the Structured Alternatives team, where she helped expand AIG’s capital call and NAV lending platforms, including underwriting the firm’s first NAV loan.
Julia Partridge joins the Investor Relations and Portfolio Management team as an Associate, contributing international experience and deep relationships across fund finance. Prior to NLC, Julia was a Director at KBRA (Kroll Bond Rating Agency), where she led client relations for the Fund Finance and Private Credit business lines. She was instrumental in developing KBRA’s fund ratings client base across Europe and the UK, forging relationships with GPs, lenders, investors, and other key stakeholders. Julia began her career in New York, focusing on business development across Corporate and Structured Finance sectors.
Reshmi Balendran joins as Finance Director to lead our financial strategy and reporting, and business risk management initiatives. She previously served as Financial Controller at AlbaCore Capital, and before that, as Group Finance Manager at Close Brothers. Reshmi brings deep expertise in financial planning and reporting, regulatory compliance, and tax. She has also delivered high-impact financial transformation projects in dynamic investment management environments.
